There are so many ways to support Ruff Tales Rescue beyond (or in addition to!) adopting a dog. Volunteers, fosters, and donors are the lifeblood and backbone of our organization, offering their time, effort, and resources to advance our mission. We couldn't run without our amazing supporters.
VOLUNTEER
Is Ruff Tales looking for volunteers? The answer is always YES! Ruff Tales is a 100% volunteer-run organization. Everything we are able to accomplish is due to the devotion and unwavering support of our volunteers. We receive foster and adoption applications daily and need help processing them, from following up on references to home visits. We can also use help with transporting our dogs locally, assistance at events, content creation, and so much more.
The time commitment is up to you, and we are grateful for the efforts of our volunteers to support our mission!

FOSTER
We rescue our dogs from kill shelters in Arkansas and Texas. They are fostered locally before moving to their northern fosters when they are ready for adoption. Since our organization has no physical dog shelter, the amount of dogs we can accommodate depends greatly on foster availability. This is one of our most significant needs!
DONATE
Bcause we are a completely volunteer-run organization, charitable giving is critical to funding our ongoing rescue operations. 100% of your donation goes right to the dogs, covering expenses such as food, medical care, training, and transportation.
We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible. There are many ways to donate, from monetary donations, supplies for our foster dogs, and listing Ruff Tales as a beneficiary while shopping online.
